To join this exciting new journey, we are now seeking Supply Chain Director - a key role at the heart of our growth. As a member of the leadership teams, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain performance of the site - both financially and operationally, as we launch and secure our Dubai operations.

Your key responsabilities will include :

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategy and goals in line with both local business needs and our global Safran Seats Supply Chain strategy. Translate business objectives into actionable goals for your team.

• Performance-Driven Culture: Set, track, and exceed ambitious targets through smart objectives and clear KPIs. Ensure operational excellence via robust, scalable, and sustainable processes.

• Data-Informed Decisions: Measure and analyze performance through the site's balanced scorecard. Lead root cause analysis and implement strategic action plans to close performance gaps.

• Integrated Business Planning: Own and coordinate demand, product, and capacity planning to ensure customer and business requirements are met, now and in the future.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day supply chain, planning, procurement, and logistics activities, ensuring agility and efficiency at every touchpoint.

• Continuous Improvement: Champion best-in-class procurement and inventory management, foster localisation initiatives (migration / transfer activities between various facilities), and embrace digitalization in line with our industry-leading roadmap.

• People First: Build and nurture a culture of safety, compliance, and personal development, ensuring your team has the resources and growth opportunities to excel.

• Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure adherence to UAE customs and global trade requirements and maintain high warehouse and inventory standards.
