Your responsibilities Overseeing time and attendance management systems Managing operational incidents and ensuring reporting Use various planning, communication and operational monitoring tools Collaborate with other SOCs and various departments within Interr Respond to service requests in accordance with company standards Participate in operational planning in France (schedules, staffing levels, cover arrangements) Manage last-minute coverage requirements and escalate critical situations Manage last-minute staffing requirements and escalate critical situations Communicate schedules to teams and clients. Maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Representing Interr professionally to internal and external contacts. Required profile Valid professional security licence, essential Experience in an operational role (security, logistics, planning or equivalent) Proficiency in IT tools and tracking systems Fluent English (spoken and written) - daily communication with Europe Customer-focused, reliable and a team player Conditions and benefits AEX Level 2 - Step 1 - Coefficient 185: gross monthly salary of €2,666.29. 50% contribution towards the NAVIGO travel card.
