seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our

team.

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Front Office Manager and her Assistant, as

a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating

the seamless operation of our front office department. Your

responsibilities will include

1. Leading and inspiring the morning or the evening shift, with a team

dedicated to delivering unparalleled service.

1. Organizing and coordinating daily activities to ensure efficiency and

excellence.

1. Managing room assignments for both individuals and groups, with a

keen eye for detail and guest preferences.

1. Collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall guest

experience.

1. Train, coach and supervise the Receptionists in order to support

engagement, opportunity and development.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

1. Proven experience in hotel management, with a focus on front office

operations.

1. Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a team in a

fast-paced environment.

1. Strong organizational abilities, especially in managing room

assignments for individuals and groups

1. Excellent communication skills
