We ar e looking for a EASA B1 Support Staff to come onboard in our Customer Support & Services D irectorate in Sylvain Fabregas ’s team. Your Mission Within the Working Parties department (Direction Customer Services), the candidate will be responsible for leading the repair of the aircraft with a team, or providing technical assistance to a customer, either at the main maintenance base in Francazal - France, or on a worldwide location.He/she will work in close collaboration with the Working Parties preparation department but also with the various ATR technical departments involved in the working parties process. Participate to the damage assessment following a major event, Carry out the inspection and certification of work as per work package within the scope of their authorization. Ensure that all work performed are in accordance with the requirements / recommendation of the OEM, in compliance with approved methods and procedures and in the respect of the planning and the cost estimate.Ensure that all work sheets, inspection schedules, logbooks, maintenance records are properly completed and certified.Ensure that all reported defects and associated rectifications will be promptly reported and dealt with.Ensure that tools and equipment’s used during maintenance are in serviceable condition and that only approved materials and parts are used.Ensure that all technicians / apprentices follow all relevant safety practices and procedures at all times.Ensure support in maintaining the tools and equipment’s are in good order.To ensure safety of GSE equipment’sFrequent travel off site (variable duration, up to 12 consecutive weeks)About you Minimum 8 of years work experience with minimum 5 years as a support staff on ATR family.Holding a valid EASA Part66 License with ATR 42/72 ratings for all type in Mechanical (B1) and rating C (will be a plus).Type training on ATR 42/72 all type and Fuel Tank Safety / HF / SMS / Refresher courses currencyEnglish level negociationMS Office,Standard usage with MIS (Maintenance Information System - Ex : AMHOS, AMASIS, AD Software, etc..)Customer mindedExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to coordinate and adapt.Strong communication skillsProactive and autonomous, you know how to work alone or in a team and adapt quickly to various situations in the field ... b ut above all, you are ready to take off with us to keep connecting communities and businesses and provide the best possible products and support to our customers!
